BMW at Goodwood by Gerry Judah

A few weeks ago BMW was honoured at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the form of the now traditional sculpture in front of Goodwood House. The work of art showcased some of the German company’s landmark racing cars.

Epitomising the theme of 'Full Throttle – The Endless Pursuit of Power' and as a celebration of BMW's centenary year, Goodwood's sculptor of 19 years, Gerry Judah, designed a phenomenal sculpture containing three of BMW's top motoring successes from the past 100 years perched on the end of steel spikes: the Le Mans-winning BMW V12 LMR, the Gordon Murray-designed Brabham BMW BT52 and the iconic BMW 328 Touring Coupé.
