Maximum Attack

This new Audi RS 6 Avant GT emerges as a testament to the ingenuity and dedication of Audi's apprentices, building upon the groundwork laid by the RS 6 GTO concept from 2020. Over the course of six months, twelve apprentices honed their skills in bodywork, vehicle construction, automotive mechanics, painting, and tooling mechanics under the guidance of Audi Design. Inspired by the iconic Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO race car of 1989, they set out to create something truly remarkable.

At the forefront of the RS 6 Avant GT's design is its commanding front end, drawing unmistakable cues from the RS 6 GTO concept. The striking grille and air intakes, finished in high-gloss black, lend an air of aggression while accentuating the car's lowered and widened stance. Vertical blades, a redesigned intake grille, and an integrated front splitter further enhance its sharp and dynamic appearance.

Crafted with precision, the carbon fibre bonnet not only adds a touch of exclusivity but also optimises aerodynamics. Integrated air outlets behind the 22-inch wheels aid in reducing air pressure within the wheel arches, improving brake cooling and overall performance. Complementing the bonnet, the carbon fibre wheel arches underscore the RS 6's commitment to lightweight construction and performance.

The distinctive side profile features sleek inserts in the side skirts, glossy carbon exterior mirror covers, and striking 22-inch wheels in a six-spoke design. At the rear, a functional diffuser emphasises the car's width, while a double wing inspired by motorsport sits atop the tailgate, adding both flair and downforce.

Beneath the hood lies a potent 4.0 litre V8 engine, delivering over 620bhp. With such formidable power at its disposal, the RS 6 accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in a mere 3.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 190 mph.
