Ford Performance x Troy Lee

Ford has partnered with renowned motorsport designer Troy Lee to create a vibrant and eye-catching appearance for their Performance brand. The new look was unveiled at Le Mans, where Ford showcased their Mustang GT3 race car. Next year, Ford will officially make a comeback to global GT racing and Le Mans with this impressive vehicle.

Moving forward, Ford Performance will adopt this fresh and simplified look across all its racing vehicles. The aim is to establish Ford Performance as a distinctive lifestyle brand with a strong emphasis on sports. The new Ford Performance mark will be seamlessly integrated into various settings, including car liveries, merchandise, display assets, and advertising.

To bring this project to life, Ford Performance has extended its partnerships with Multimatic and M-Sport. Multimatic, known for their work on the iconic Ford GT, will assist in constructing and supporting the Mustang GT3s. M-Sport, a successful team in the World Rally Championship, will assemble the Ford Performance-developed 5.4-litre Coyote-based V8 engines that power the racer.

After the launch of the new look, Ford Performance chose the prestigious Pikes Peak hill climb as the first event to showcase the livery in action. Romain Dumas, the current record holder, achieved an incredible second-place finish in the Ford SuperVan 4.2 on its debut attempt.
