Black Panther

This incredible reimagination is the work of Daniel Crane, a 3D and motion designer from South Carolina in the US. Crane has stayed true to the hard-edged wedge shape, but modified and updated some of the styling with a more modern and aggressive approach, while preserving the shapes and forms that have established it as one of the most revered supercar designs of all time. So, by extending the wheel arches with oversized flares, stripping out some smaller cosmetic details, and painting everything black, Crane has created this amazing modern day take on De Tomaso’s supercar.

Italian for Panther, the Pantera was De Tomaso's most successful car, with over 7,000 manufactured over its twenty-year production run. More than three quarters of them ended up in the US, sold by Lincoln-Mercury dealers during the early 70s.
