The Bertone-designed Lancia Stratos won the 1974, 1975 and 1976 World Rally Championship titles in the hands of Sandro Munari and Björn Waldegård. It also won the 1975, 1976 and 1977 Monte Carlo Rally, all courtesy of Munari, and again with the private Chardonnet Team as late as 1979.
The Stratos in the famous colours of Alitalia is perhaps one of the most iconic motorsport vehicle and livery combinations of all time.
