The art of cars and coffee
Discommon has released another bespoke coffee table as part of its automotive series, this time featuring the Aston Martin Valkyrie. Following on from their Ferrari F40 and Ford GT tables, this piece is crafted from solid American walnut, a first for the series, with machined aerospace-grade aluminium legs hard-anodised in satin black. The table spans four feet long and is four inches thick.
The finished coffee table took more than 100 hours to build. This particular table was not commissioned by a client like the others in the series, it was simply a must for the Discommon team, as they insist that the Aston Martin Valkyrie is the pinnacle of modern vehicle design.
