21-windows of iconic cool

The Volkswagen ‘Samba’ Deluxe is widely considered one of the most sought-after of all Microbuses of the era. Amongst the most beloved vehicle designs ever created, the VW ‘bus’ transcends history and popular culture, with an iconic style that will bring a smile to nearly everyone that sees one. VW buses can still be seen parked at surf spots from Cornwall to California, campsites, music festivals and car shows, as well as in some of the finest car collections around the world, their popularity is unrivalled.

This 1966 Microbus Deluxe boasts the two most desirable features available on a Microbus of this vintage: 21 windows and a large sliding sunroof. Other attractive optional features include six pop-out side windows, seat belts, bumper guards, tilt-open Safari windscreens and a luggage rack. Fresh from a year-long intensive restoration bringing it back to the way it left the factory, every nut and bolt of this iconic VW has been detailed to perfection. The rare original colour scheme of Lotus White is painted both top and bottom. The interior has also been restored to original factory specifications using the correct Aero Baltic colour and material.
