Racing 'striipes' for your feet

Based in Santa Cruz, California, STRIIPE make high performance attire for your feet. These American-made socks, crafted from the finest recycled moisture wicking fibres, feature the rich colours, graphics and fine detail that celebrate the essence of motorsport and popular car culture.

STRIIPE took inspiration from the legendary Briggs Cunningham, who in the summer of 1951, rolled onto the Circuit de la Sarthe in his white C2R race car emblazoned with two dark blue stripes down the middle. His concept was simple, the stripes would distinguish Cunningham’s cars from the rest of field making them easier to identify throughout the race. Little did he know that those two stripes would forever change the look of motor racing forever.

Back to the present day, and STRIIPE offer a fantastic selection on road and race inspired footwear. Featuring famous graphics from the likes of the Gulf and Martini Racing Porsches to the famous BMW livery that adorned their CSL model that dominated European Touring Cars and IMSA in the early 70’s. From the road comes the very stylish Pasha checkerboard design that featured in the original Porsche 928, along with other famous patterns and graphics from Pirelli and Alpina.
